RETROFIT (UPGRADE)

Conversion of inefficient water and oil separation systems into highly effective systems for produced water treatment using dissolved gas technology

TSL offers services for the conversion of an existing Flotation System (lGF - Induced Gas Flotation) into a Dissolved Gas Flotation System.

This retrofit is comprised of: engineering, pumps removal and part of the existing pipes, installation of new generators of microbubbles for dissolved gas systems (DGF Pumps), the new configuration of the injection points of these micro bubbles allows the improvement of the operational performance of the flotation process, the adequacy of the power supply system to new equipment and also the commissioning of the System.
